- Minutes of meeting of April 24th approved.
- Official IncCom Documents (status) approved, with some concerns raised that the Project Evaluation Criteria may not be as deeply considered as they ought to be.
- Steve Lime was appointed mentor for MapBuilder (replacing Daniel Brookshier).
- Assignment of a new MapGuide mentor deferred till the next meeting.
- Mapbender nearly ready to graduate status discussed.
- Meeting adjourned.
