I'm a Portuguese developer, and currently i'm working on OpenLayers4Net. This is a Open Source project that aims on making it easier to use OpenLayers on the Microsoft.NET world.
It will provide one ASP.NET Map Control based on OpenLayers, and also ASP.NET MVC 3 Support.
