OSGeo Experience and Roles:
I'm a big fan of QGIS, PostGIS, GeoServer, and OpenStreetMap, ever since learning about them at my first FOSS4G in 2007.
As a librarian at a major research university, I provide technical support and introductory training for various geospatial software (open and closed).
I also spend a lot of time helping researchers find data sources, which eventually led me to create Geolode.org, a collaborative catalog of open geodata websites around the world.
