Uitnodigen voor de volgende vergadering (digitaal) door Niene. praten over status over locatie, event invulling en budget/sponsering. Contact is gelegd door Niene tijdens de vergadering. <br /> <br /> === Nieuwjaarsborrel === <br /> Nadenken over locatie buiten Hilversum. Mogelijk meevragen QGIS gebruikersvereniging over nadenken. Erik gaat het contact leggen over hulp bij organisatie nieuwjaarsborrel aan QGGV. <br /> <br /> === FOSS4G 2026 in NL === <br /> Vooral de vraag wat die verwacht van ons als bestuur. Hulp, communicatie, mede-organiseren. <br /> <br /> Kunnen wij dan wel FOSS4G NL 2026 (en 2025 mogelijk) wegens tijd in voortraject en organisatie? <br /> <br /> Goede opmerking Erik: We zijn toch wel verplicht om te helpen. Het is een eer! <br /> <br /> Mogelijk veel Geocat mensen die willen helpen vanuit Jeroen. <br /> <br /> Jeroen uitnodigen volgende vergadering. Niene zal Jeroen bellen als voorzitter OSGeo.NL<br /> <br /> == Vereniging == <br /> OSGeo.NL als ledenorganisatie staat op het programma voor de FOSS4G in Baarle. <br /> Ondertussen is er nagevraagd wat de voordelen van een stichting zijn ten opzichte van een vereniging. Notaris gaf aan dat dat weinig is. Ook een ANBI heeft in zekere zin weinig nut meer, hij ziet dat nieuwe wetgeving er juist op lijkt te richten dat dat zo min mogelijk wordt gebruikt. Tegelijkertijd ziet hij vooral voordelen als je al (veel) particuliere sponsoren hebt. Dat hebben wij niet, alleen bedrijven en mogelijk overheden. Hij adviseert de stichting om te zetten naar een vereniging (op basis van onze argumenten rond ledenbemoeienis in plaats van het dictatoriaal regime (zijn woorden) van de stichting).
