Dear workshop author,
We invite you to proceed to the normal finalizing of your registration. Please notice that we give free registration for two presenters per workshop. For these, when filling the form, in the conference fees section, select "No package". Only things they could have to pay is if they want to join the main social event, and we hope so.

About workshop organization you can already find some informations there : http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/Foss4g2006
Here are some points we have to cover with you.

Rooms :
We will make a first state of the success of each workshop and keep you informed about the counting.

Description :
Please, to ease the preparation, send us a detailed desription on how you will organize your workshop.
We have to know what are your technical needs and special requirements :
- do you need that people have really powerful PC with lot of RAM, drive space ?
- what OS do you want to use (WinXP or Linux...) ?
- or will you use a LiveCD (*) ?
- do you need a very quick network ?
- what specific software will you use ?
- do you make a live install with the participants ?
- ...

(*) local committee will probably build a FOSS4G2006 LiveCD, so if you plan to build one, perhaps could we make it together.

Don't hesitate to ask ... blabla
