The colour scheme, fonts usage and layout compliment the UN corporate identity. The blues and greys symbolises the water bodies on our blue planet. The greens, illustrates the assembly and collection of points, lines and polygons, that are processed, verified and incorporated into the OpenGIS Initiative.<br />
