Heather agreed to work on a revised version of the Contributor Agreement Rich prepared in the spring, as well as a suggested Copyright Assignment document for further review.

Depedning on the level of copyright guideline severity it can be required to sign a paper CLA for anybody who throws code over the fence stating that the author is sure that it does not touch any IP issues. I guess the public domain issue has not been resolved because it is unresolvable. Anybody anything else?
