The intention is to help one release stress and relax muscles that commonly become tight from computer/desk work, travel, carrying bags.. the common issues that tend to manifest at a week-long conference! The intention is to help one release stress and relax muscles that commonly become tight from computer/desk work, travel, carrying bags.. the common issues that tend to manifest at a week-long conference!
