Wiki-Emomsen: added image segmentation for GRASS

[[OSGeo]] participated in the [[Google Summer of Code 2012]] with [http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/org/google/gsoc2012/osgeo 22 projects].

Students and mentors made great work during the summer, and the code is ready for testing and merge with the projects' codebases.

In more detail, here are the accomplishments:
